What does the WalkMe tab do?

The WalkMe tab is a step-by-step guide through ZenContract’s features. When you click on the tab, a box will pop up with a list of options to select. It will guide you all the way until the end.

How do I upgrade my plan?

When logged into ZenContract click on Admin -> Settings -> information -> Billing Plan Alternatively, send an email to support@zencontract.com

What is the best practice for sections in ZenContract?

We suggest breaking your section into pieces, such as Cover Page, Letters, Sign Offs, Introduction, etc.

How do I contact support?

Please email to support@zencontract.com with the current issue and provide as much detail as possible.

How can I change a user's permission in ZenContract?

When logged into ZenContract you will go to Admin -> Settings -> Choose User -> User Group (drop down) Alternatively, send an email to support@zencontract.com
